FACT:  The Egyptian militant who leads the group he calls "Al Qaeda in Egypt" has called for his followers to launch attacks in Egypt to "strike against all Zionist-Crusader targets" there, including women and children. 

You may have heard the claim that most wars have been over religions and if we can get rid of religions then wars would cease.  First, this is a false claim.  For instance, World War One & World War Two had little to nothing to do with religion yet both wars certainly were specifically caused by ideologies.  All religions are ideologies & even anti-religious concepts are ideologies.

Recall the so-called “Cold War” between the United States & the USSR, this was a war of ideologies & specifically one where the USSR was attempting to assert a religiousless ideology of communism. So, most wars are NOT caused by religious disputes.

As we speak of the advancement of Islam around the world, it is not a matter of religion as much as it is a matter of ideology.  ALL non-Muslims, not just Christians should be opposing the advancement of Islam into their country or cultures.  This is not a God is on our side issue, but rather an issue where if we don’t take a stand we will soon enough have no option to stand against Islam – as Islam means “submit”.  Unlike all other religions, Islam does NOT allow people to “reason” & reject but rather when Islam has the power to enforce it, a person is expected to submit or die.

So, whether you are a Christian or a non-Christian it is imperative that you oppose Islam in all forms be it the so-called “moderate Islam” which is really simply apathetic Islam or the so-called “radical Islam” which is really devout Islam.  Islam is a pernicious & dangerous ideology that is the cause of war & violence in our time.
